Jerseymeieriet dares to do things differently. Their bottles of milk and cream are the first to be a part of Norway’s deposit scheme, lowering the products carbon footprint. They’re the only farm in Norway making dairy products from 100 % jersey milk. The jersey cow is a small cow that needs less space and creates 20-25 % less climate emissions than traditional cows. The concept for Jerseymeieriet’s visual identity was “Maverick”, someone who doesn’t think or behave in the same way as others. The logo is inspired by cowboy’s belt buckles, capturing the owner’s spirits. The packaging design is modern and clean, without the traditional effects typically seen in the small scale farm category.
